YardCraft has a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all outdoor structures and a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all other products.
The YardCraft warranty covers the craftsmanship of the parts of the product. Normal wear and tear, fading and exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty. As with any building which is located on top of the ground, settling may occur.
All products with exposed wood (Sheds, Pergolas, Pavilions, and Gazebos) must be stained, sealed, or painted and maintained. If the structure is exposed to the elements without proper stain, sealant, or paint, this warranty is invalid. All vegetation must be kept away from the structure. If vegetation is growing on the structure, this warranty is invalid. Checks (natural separations of grain on the exterior of the wood) are not covered by this warranty as they are natural and do not affect the structural integrity of the structure. All structures with a roof must be properly shingled or this warranty is invalid. All structures must be installed on a proper foundation.
When used appropriately and maintained properly, YardCraft guarantees that your product will last. This warranty is non-transferrable. If the structure has been moved from the location it was originally installed, this warranty is invalid.

Thanks to the value we build our products with; our quality department can guarantee our products up to 5 years in outdoor weather conditions with regular maintenance from our customer. That's why, in every product shipped from us, we attach important maintenance care information. This way, we make sure your furniture simple looks spectacular, just like the first day you receive it.
- Our furniture is guaranteed up to for 5 years against normal weather damage with proper maintenance care, should a timber rot and break before the expiration date of the warranty occurs; simply contact one of our representatives for a replacement part. (Subject to evaluation).
- Our redwood products may feature natural wood characteristics, such as limited knots and natural wood imperfections.
- Should an order arrive incorrect, we will correct it at no expense from the customer after receiving proof of the error by our company, but in case of error by our customers (wrong shipping address or mistake of product ordered, customer remorse.) every correction will be at customer's expense *freight company charges applies*.
- In case of shipping damage, you must notify both the shipping company and Best Redwood. If the purchase order was through a retail company, the retail company must place a new purchase order, to replace our mutual customer's order.

Warranty is only valid for new product purchased from an authorized Sequoia retailer. Sequoia (“The Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that Sequoia furniture products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials, and shall not crack, splinter, rot or suffer water damage or structural damage from termites or fungal decay. If a defect occurs within seven (7) years commercial* or fifteen (15) years residential from the original purchase under normal conditions of use, Purchaser shall notify Company in writing and, upon confirmation of the defect by an authorized Company representative, The Company’s sole responsibility shall be, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective item or refund the portion of the purchase price paid by the Purchaser for such defective item (not including shipping or delivery). This warranty certificate is not transferable. Warranty Limitations The Warranty Certificate sets forth The Company’s only warranty obligation with respect to the Sequoia product and is in lieu of all other warranties oral or written, express or implied. The Company makes no warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to Sequoia product and The Company shall not be liable for incidental, special, consequential or other similar damages arising out of any breach of this warranty. The Company does not warrant against and is not responsible for any condition attributable to: (1) normal wear and tear and weathering of the Sequoia products; (2) improper assembly of Sequoia products and/or failure to abide by The Company’s assembly guidelines; (3) use of Sequoia products beyond its intended original use – including modifications of any type to the product; (4) movement, distortion, collapse of any supporting structure on which Sequoia products are installed; (5) any act of God (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc.), environmental condition (such as air pollution, solvent exposure, mold, mildew, etc.), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oils, etc); or (6) improper handling, storage or abuse or neglect of Sequoia products by Purchaser or third parties. No person or entity is authorized by Sequoia to make, and Sequoia shall not be bound by, any statement or representation to the quality or performance of Sequoia products other than as contained in this warranty. Warranty Claims There are important pieces of information that you will need to provide to us when making a warranty claim. This information will help us process your claim quickly and efficiently. (1) Date of Purchase; (2) Product(s) Purchased; (3) Model Number(s); (4) Color; (5) Name of Retail Store; (6) Serial Number(s): You will find a sticker on the product itself showing this number/bar code — usually on the underside of a furniture piece. (7) Submit photos of the product showing the problem along with written description of the problem/ how the fault occurred.
